Motor Packages:

There are a few different Sabertooth configurations to choose from. The versatility of this motor lends itself to be well suited for anything from general dunning, to open class flat track and TT racing, to full on drag racing. The tremendously broad torque curve allows It to pull hard from almost off idle to an unbelievable 9700 rpm power peak!

 

 

 

 

Basic Packages:

  • 500 Sabertooth cylinder and head with removable dome

 

  • 95mm Piston kit with rings, wrist pin with bearing, and circlips

 

  • Long rear case studs, new cylinder studs and heavy duty washerless nuts

 

  • Full o-ring and gasket set including new style rubber coated metal base gasket

 

  • V-Force II reed cage, Intake manifold, and billet dual o-ring exhaust Manifold

 

  • Your choice of 72mm heavy duty crank, or  70mm super duty crank (Case machining required)

 

Add On's:

 

  • Custom porting
  • Power valve assembly
  • Case machining
  • 52mm gas or methanol carb
  • 48mm x 58mm oval bore gas or methanol carb
  • Your choice of Shearer Custom in-frame or out-frame pipe specifically designed for the Sabertooth, and R&D'd by Saber Racing to match our porting specs.
  • Dyna-FS CDI for the CR-250 or TRX ignitions with custom Saber Racing program designed specifically for the Sabertooth to achieve maxium performance and ease of starting.
  • Honda Lockup Clutch package
